Called twice to try make an appointment I’d get brushed off and feel unwelcome. They were busy the first time so I thought I’d try again a couple months later but same thing happened

Very disappointed, poor job for the price. They were also quite rude to my daughter. Will not return.

I was recommended this salon by multiple people although I had already been here before for mani/pedi which was a very nice experience. I had called 3 times within the past month to schedule an appointment but was met with complete rudeness and disregard. The first time that I had called I asked if they had any availability which the lady said yes and if I could come in in the afternoon the same day, as I was responding I was then hung up on, I called back immediately to confirm the appointment in which the same lady rudely said “no we aren’t taking anyone else” and hung up on me again, the second time I called I was met again with a rude man who didn’t take any time to listen to my request or even try schedule an appointment. I had called again today almost two weeks later, I kindly asked if they had any availability and was told no, so I asked again if there was anything at all for the week or month which I was rudely told that they have no availability and treated like a nuisance for even asking. The unprofessionalism and mannerisms of the individuals I had spoken with on the phone make this place a no-go for me.

I have been getting pedicures at TH for around a year now, and they are always willing to take a walk in. They have a nice clean establishment and the staff have been pleasant and professional. When I initially started using TH for my Pedi services, the pedicure was amazing! It hit all the spots, trimming the toe nails and cuticles, filing down any sharp edges, doing all the things to make the dead skin fall away. With a great selection of colour, they painted the nails to perfection with the edges sealed and the polish smooth. This time however was a different experience. The lady did a great job removing dead skin and trimming the nails and nail bed however she did buzz my skin and took a chunk out of the side of my toe, she seemed very chaotic throughout the rest of the process where she was reaching over one foot to get to the other and it seemed like a very odd action, which I've never seen done before. The polish came out lumpy instead of smooth and it even has a sharp point on one toe. She didn't cap the edge so you can see the white line of the nail at the tip. My feet even came out very dry whereas previously my feet were moisturized. This is the second poor pedicure in a row that I've experienced here in recent visits. I thought the first one may have been a one-off but this time it confirmed the quality has been going down hill.

Beyond happy with the results. Came to town for a wedding and they were able to fit my sister and I, in last minute to get our nails done. Incredible customer service, impeccable timing (manicure and acrylic fill done in 45 minutes) very reasonable prices. If i could give it 10 stars I would! I will be back every-time i come into town.
